Alongside our familiarity with larger bakeries, we also think like sourdough bakeries and like our webshop customers. We know that different things matter to a bakery with several plants than to a business of just a few people. For this, we rely on the professional knowledge and experience of 30 colleagues. We have our own wheat fields and local grower partners. Among our regular customers we count many outstanding, successful bakeries. Some new bakeries reach out to us out of curiosity, because they've heard about us - not because of something they saw in an ad, but because another bakery recommended us. These are the values that don't show up in the ledger.
The company sources the wheat it needs for milling from two main sources: local farmers and the GSD group, which farms in the region. Some of the farmers around Celldömölk are tied to the mill through production contracts, because the mill offers them seed and a reliable sales channel. The GSD group carries out arable crop production on nearly 10,000 hectares (about 24,700 acres), headquartered in Sopronhorpács. With 25 years of experience and trained specialists, it is committed to producing food raw materials of reliable quality.
