I really love baking and cooking at home, especially healthy homemade pizzas, and I try to choose quality for every ingredient. The other day I spotted the C1 wheat flour at Spar and noticed the elegant, beautiful bluish packaging. Today I made pizza with it. The dough came out soft, yet the whole thing was still easy to work with, and even the aroma was better. And the result was amazing - I don't think I've ever had pizza dough of this quality, flavor, and texture anywhere.
