Product details
From Hungarian wheat, milled in Hungary
This product is made from plant-based raw material — wheat — and auxiliary ingredients that were harvested, cleaned, processed, and packaged in Hungary. All of these operations are carried out by Celldömölki Malom Kft., a Hungarian-owned company with Hungarian employees.
Product characteristics
The product is free from foreign odors and flavors, non-GMO, and the quality of each delivered batch meets the requirements set out in the product specification.
Composition
100% wheat flour.
Raw material used: the grain of common wheat, Triticum aestivum. Produced by a mill grinding process.
Verified compliance
From a microbiological standpoint, the flours we supply comply with the requirements of Hungarian Ministry of Health Decree 4/1998 (XI. 11.). With respect to chemical contamination — including toxins and heavy metals — Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 and its amendments apply, while for pesticide residues, Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 is the governing standard.
