Doughnut Balls with Pistachio Cream

We brought pistachio cream and doughnuts together! And perfect dough is guaranteed by our Czelli Doughnut Flour Blend.

Ingredients

For the dough

Czelli Doughnut Flour Blend 500 g
Hand-warm water 220 g
Rum / rum flavoring 1 tbsp
Very soft butter 50 g

For the filling

Pistachio cream about 200 g

For frying

Cooking oil as needed

Instructions

1. For the dough, knead together the flour, water, and rum, then finally knead in the butter as well. You'll get a soft dough.

2. Cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubled.

3. On a lightly floured surface, roll the risen dough to about 1.5 cm (⅝ in) thick and cut it into roughly 8×8 cm (about 3×3 in) pieces.

4. Place 1 teaspoon of pistachio cream in the center of each piece and shape into a ball.

5. Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes.

6. Fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
