Ingredients
For the dough
Czelli Multigrain Bread Flour Blend 500 g
Lukewarm water 300 g
For brushing
Whole egg, beaten 1
Grated cheese about 150 g
Instructions
1. Work the flour blend and water together thoroughly and knead a little. Cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubled.
2. On a floured surface, roll the risen dough out to about finger-thick, brush it with the egg, and sprinkle with the cheese.
3. Cut into finger-wide strips, arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C (350 °F) for about 20–22 minutes until golden brown.
