Turkish Flatbread with Czelli Country Bread Flour Blend

Soft, golden-brown homemade rolls that are perfect for sandwiches, breakfast, or even burgers. With Czelli Country Bread Flour Blend, you can make an easy yet truly homestyle bread.

Ingredients

For the dough

Czelli Country Bread Flour Blend 500 g
Lukewarm water 340 g

For brushing

Egg yolk 1
Yogurt or sour cream 1 tbsp

For the topping

Seeds to taste

Instructions

1. Knead the flour blend thoroughly with the lukewarm water, then cover and let it rise in a warm place until doubled.

2. Divide the risen dough into 6 equal parts, round them, and arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3. Cover and let rest for another 20–25 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, mix the egg yolk with the yogurt or sour cream.

5. Flatten the risen balls, brush them with the egg mixture, and shape them with your fingers.

6. Sprinkle with seeds to taste, then bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C (350 °F) for about 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
