Get ready for Easter with this charming, bunny-shaped fluffy kalács - not only eye-catching, but a true holiday treat in every bite!

Ingredients

Czelli Soft Kalács Flour Blend 500 g
Water 180 ml
Butter 50 g
Egg, for brushing 1

Instructions

1. Knead the ingredients into a glossy, non-sticky dough, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2. Then divide it into 8 parts and shape standing or sitting bunnies.

3. Cover and let them rise for another 50 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

5. Brush the risen dough with beaten egg and place it in the oven. Reduce the temperature to 160 °C (320 °F) (with convection) and bake for 15 minutes until done.

6. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool at least to lukewarm.
